Performer Hay tarps are the ultimate hay tarp designed for the most demanding conditions.  By using a combination of high quality components and mixing them together in the right combination we have achieved a really superior hay tarp.  This sleeve style tarp uses the patented Super Cinch to tie down the tarp.  It can be fastened to the bale strings with the J-hooks that come installed as part of the package. Performer Hay Tarps are extensively used in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia by serious commercial hay growers who know anything less than the best "just doesn't cut it".

Specifications

The Performer Hay tarps are made using UV resistant 8oz fabric, PVC pipes or wood boards are pre-assembled in the sleeve on both sides of the tarp, ropes are fastened to them and the Super Cinch and J-hooks are tied to the rope.  All that is left for you to do is set the tarp on top, tie the first couple ropes on the sides and pull the tarp the length of the stack.  We do all the assembly work for you so all that is left is to install the Performer Hay tarp.  All Performer Hay tarps are built to be full width, so if you order a 25' wide tarp you can have confidence it is.  The tarp lengths are cut size only.

Bull Flex Hay Tarps

The new Bull Flex™ Hay Tarp is tough as bull hide, but flexible enough to satisfy all your tarping needs. This new tarp has two tie down options built in.

1)  A pocket running the length of both sides to insert your own pipe.

2)  Seatbelt webbing reinforced tie-downs every 3’ that held up to 1500 lbs before tearing out in our testing. Bull Flex™ has a 3000 lb 2” end strap built in to maximize end tightness.

The Bull Flex™ can be tied down with your own rope or you can purchase the Super Cinch system – your choice!

Bull Flex

The Buill Flex hay tarp is specifically designed for the cost consious customer who wants a tarp that is built tough as bull hide yet flexible enough to meet all of your covering needs.  We offer it to you at about the same price as you would pay for a farm store loop style hay tarp plus we give you stronger fabric (7.8oz), stronger tie-down tabs, and a chuck wagon end that allows you to keep the Bull Flex hay tarp ends from flapping in the wind.  You also get the opportunity to purchase the Super Cinch tie-down kit, and training to help you install it correctly.

When it comes to securing the sides of the Bull Flex hay tarp to your hay stack, this tarp has the best of two worlds!  It comes with high strength 2" webbing loops at 3' spacing to tighten your tarp to the hay stack instead of traditional grommets.  The webbing loops provide up to 300% more strength than grommets.  The Bull Flex hay tarp also has an innovative pocket sewn the length of the tarp on both sides.  This gives you the opportunity to slip a pipe into the pocket (especially on round bale stacks) and tie down the tarp in the same manner as the popular Performer Hay Tarp.  The weight and strength combination of the Bull Flex averages nearly 20% greater than most competitive products.  When combined with the use of our patented Super Cinch tie down system, you come up with a winning combination that beats out other grommet and loop style hay tarps.

Bull Flex hay tarps are economically priced.  The new Bull Flex™ Hay Tarp is able to satisfy all your tarping needs.  In fact, during the winter of 2007, we experienced winds of over 100 mph in areas where we had these tarps installed on hay stacks and did not lose a single Bull Flex hay tarp.  The Bull Flex™ can be tied down with your own rope or you can purchase the Super Cinch kit  – your choice! Typically a hay tarp can be used for three to five years if cared for properly.  A couple hundred dollars spent on a high quality hay tarp may provide you thousands of dollars in savings versus not covering your hay.  Its the old adage "a penny saved is a penny earned" multiplied many times over!
